Our systems are being upgraded.

 

How does this impact you?

Our systems will be temporarily closed for a service upgrade starting at 12:30pm on Friday 8 December. The systems will reopen at 09:00am on Monday 11 December.

 

During this period you won’t be able to access our online services or update any mortgage applications.

 

Our teams will still be available by phone as usual, but will not be able to process any cases.

 

If a case is due for completion in this period – we’ll send the completion funds by 10:00am on the completion day provided you have given us the signed Certificate of Title and all the documentation we need within our notice period for completions. As a reminder – all of this is needed 5-days before your intended completion date.

 

If your case is due to complete soon, please ensure the solicitor is aware of these requirements and timeframes.
