Mortgages for special situations

As a broker, you know better than anyone that not all clients are the same.

Some clients find themselves in situations which present quite a challenge when it comes to finding a mortgage. Although the borrower may be perfectly creditworthy, their circumstances and needs may make it very difficult to find a lender who’s able to help.

Our Special Situations range has been designed with just such borrowers in mind. It doesn’t matter if they’re landlords wanting to refurbish a rental property, or professionals seeking a higher LTV loan, or self-builders or borrowers wanting to repair a credit record. Saffron For Intermediaries is able to help.

And as you’ll see, we’ve designed our mortgages to have features even more special than you may expect: no early repayment charges on all products and the ability on selected products to have capital repayment to move to a lower rate.

Not only are our products special, but so is our service. We don’t credit score; every application is individually assessed by a skilled underwriter who takes into consideration your client’s individual circumstances, applies common sense and provides a personal and reliable service.

Although we have developed mortgage products designed to satisfy a broad range of special situations, we acknowledge that every now and again a client will come along who requires a more bespoke solution.
