You can access our mortgage portal where you can request a DIP, submit a full mortgage application and monitor the progress of your client’s applications.

We don’t just run applications through a computer program, our underwriters give personal attention to every case not just the difficult ones. You might think referring everything to our underwriters makes us less likely to approve an application. In fact, it’s the opposite. Because real Saffron people look at every case they can often be more flexible and find ways to approve an application that a computer would miss.
