Our new Intermediary Mortgage Portal

We are delighted to confirm our new Intermediary Mortgage Portal is now live
and with access available from our main home page, it’s even easier to submit business.

The new Portal will enable you to select a Saffron mortgage product, request a DIP and submit a full mortgage application and monitor all your cases online from DIP to completion.

Here’s a brief overview of what the Portal has to offer:

Easy to use – you will find the online system simple and quick to use.

Accessible 24/7 – you can use the Portal at any time, rather than needing to get everything done between 9 and 5.

Paperless – yes honestly! You can scan and submit all supporting documents online. The paperless office is now one step nearer!

Self-contained – you don’t need a bulky user manual because all the instructions you need are on each screen. There is also a Quick Start Guide and if you have any remaining questions, you can speak to us for further help.

Still a personal approach – although the Portal is an important part of our mortgage approval process, our expert underwriters will still be reviewing cases and using their skill, experience and common sense to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible.

You can submit business directly to us via the new Portal if you are an Appointed Representative of L&G Network, an L&G Noveau firm or a member of the L&G Mortgage Club. Or you will need to submit via one of our Distributors, details of which can be found here.
