Great news! We have reduced the documentation requirement for full mortgage applications. If your applicant has been employed with the same employer for 6 months and is not a first time buyer they will only be required to provide 1 payslip and 1 bank statement *. Employed applicants with less than 6 months with their employers and first time buyers must submit 3 months’ payslips and 3 months bank statements.
*Underwriters reserve the right to request further documentation if required on any full mortgage application.
