Our everyday Buy-to-Let product range is available to first time landlords and existing landlords to purchase or re-mortgage a property.

Contractor

For those working on a contractor basis, this mortgage is available for applicants with less than 2 years continuous contracting history.
We embrace contractors and what makes their income different. Taking a pragmatic approach, we understand contractors’ financial situations and the specific requirements from a mortgage that this will produce.

Expat Buy-to-Let

Our Expat products are available to first time and existing landlords residing abroad, who wish to purchase or re-mortgage a Buy-To-Let property in the UK, either in their personal name or via a UK-registered Limited Company.

Expat Residential

Available to expats returning to the UK or where direct family (spouse and own children) remain in the property

First Time Buyer Mortgages

Products available exclusively to First Time Buyers, tailored to their specific needs. We understand that not all First Time Buyers require these product features. This is why our standard products are also available to them if they fit their needs.

HMO BTL

Our HMO range features products available to first-time and experienced landlords looking to purchase or remortgage properties with up to 6 bedrooms.
In addition, the range also features Large HMO products available to experienced landlords, acceping properties with 7 or more bedrooms.
Products are available for individual landlords, as well as those operating through a Limited Company.

Joint Borrower Sole Proprietor

Our Joint Borrower Sole Proprietor range can help borrowers in a number of circumstances, by allowing a family member to assist with affordability.
This could be as a first step onto the property ladder, to support changes in borrower circumstances, who are looking to remortgage an existing home or to move into a new home.
The maximum term is determined based on the age of the owner occupier(s) only and supporting borrowers are accepted up to 70 years at application.

Limited Company Buy To Let

Our Limited Company Buy to Let products are available to first time and existing landlords operating via a limited company to purchase or re-mortgage a property, with newly registered limited companies accepted.

Premier Income

Our Premier Income Range has been designed to optimise the borrowing potential for customers earning £150,000 or more.
Products in this range are fully affordability assessed and have no maximum Loan-to-Income restrictions.

Professional Income Boost

Our professional income boost range has designed to optimise borrowers' borrowing capability based on their career and income potential, catering for a wide range of professions and qualifications.

Retention Products

Our Retentions Range is designed for clients coming to the end of their existing mortgage deal.

Retirement Interest Only (RIO) mortgages

Created to allow flexibility for borrowers in later life, this range is exclusively available to retired borrowers on an interest only basis, with the loan being open ended and repaid by sale of the property on a set life event.

Second Home

Our second home products can support borrowers looking to purchase or remortgage a second home property which may be let on a short-term basis for up to 90 days per year.

Self-Build and Custom Build

Available to self-builders who want to buy a plot of land to build a new house or refurbish an existing structure for their own occupation.

Self-employed mortgages

If your client runs their own business or works on a self-employed basis, our self-employed mortgage products can provide applicants with more flexibility if they have 1 year's account or have seen an increase in income of 25% or more and want to use the latest figures exclusively for affordability purposes.

Standard Residential

A selection of standard residential products available for house purchases and remortgaging of existing homes.
