First Time Buyer Mortgages
So your client is looking to take the plunge and buy their first home.
Key points for our First Time Buyer products:
- Max LTV inclusive of fees
- Free Valuations
- Gifted Deposits acceptable
- Repayment only
- Minimum age 21
- Minimum loan size £100,000
- Maximum loan size: £1,000,000 up to 90% LTV or £500,000 above 90% LTV
- Minimum mortgage term 5 years
- Maximum mortgage term 40 years
- We allow new build houses up to 95% LTV, new build flats restricted to 75% LTV
- For joint applications, one applicant must be a First Time Buyer.
