Planned system maintenance – broker services

We’re carrying out some essential maintenance on our core systems. This work is important to help us continue to deliver a reliable service for you and your clients. 

What’s happening 

Our systems will be undergoing planned maintenance from 10:30am on Friday 15th May.

How this affects you

During this time:

  • Our Saffron for Intermediaries broker portal will be unavailable.
  • New business cannot be submitted, and existing cases cannot be worked on. 
  • Our mortgage processing phone lines will be closed.
  • If you have a new business enquiry, our Intermediary Support Team remains available and will be happy to help. Please call 01799 582925.

To help minimise disruption, we recommend completing any packaging or submissions ahead of the maintenance window where possible.

 

When will services resume?

Services will resume from Monday 18th May. We’ll share confirmation once systems are back up and running.
