Upcoming Scheduled Maintenance
Our Online Mortgage Portal will be temporarily unavailable whilst we carry out some essential maintenance work. The scheduled maintenance will take place on:
• Monday, 20th April from 6pm to 8pm
• Wednesday, 22nd April from 6am to 9am
During these times, you won’t be able to access the portal. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and we appreciate your patience.
Valuation Fees
From 25 March we will temporarily change how we collect valuation fees. When required to make this payment please call us on 0330 124 9057. After selecting Option 1, followed by Option 1 again, you will then be asked to provide details of a debit/credit card and the 'M' reference number of the application. If you experience any difficulty making this payment, please call our Processing Team on 01799 582966
