From 25 March we will temporarily change how we collect valuation fees. When required to make this payment please call us on 0330 124 9057. After selecting Option 1, followed by Option 1 again, you will then be asked to provide details of a debit/credit card and the 'M' reference number of the application. If you experience any difficulty making this payment, please call our Processing Team on 01799 582966

Re-inspection fees

Where your mortgage is released in stages or part of the mortgage is retained, for example where your property is being renovated, we send a valuer to re-inspect the property to provide an updated valuation before releasing your money.

Please note - We do not offer or collect fees for homebuyer’s reports. If a homebuyer’s report is required, please notify us at FMA stage. The standard valuation fee will be collected and the cost of the homebuyer’s report will be paid by the applicant, directly to the surveyor.
