We embrace different when assessing your cases. It means we thrive on complexity – approaching each case with a proactive mindset and flexible approach. So you get the help you need with the real, varied customers you see every day.
We know the way people earn is changing. So, we look at as broad a range of income types, sources and employment profiles as possible. We probably consider more than you think – to us, if it’s income it counts.
We know your cases need a holistic approach to underwriting, and for us to consider multiple complexities together. Whether it’s unusual borrower profiles; like self-employed or limited company BLT landlords, or multiple income streams, we go the extra mile to adapt our criteria to meet the needs of your case.
We know landlords have different ways of managing their properties these days. By focusing on real world landlord behaviour, we have developed the products and application journey that works for them. This makes the buy-to-let journey a smoother one.
We know you need flexibility, a pragmatic approach to affordability, and the option to monetise non-traditional assets to choose us for your large loans case. This combined with our experienced, manual underwriting means high-value borrowing gets all the attention it deserves.
